If the cake itself is called carrot cake, and there are good 4 or 5 carrots grated into the batter, it must have a high density of vitamins and all the good stuff*, right?
* with “all the good stuff” I actually intend sugar, butter and cinnamon 😉
I don’t suppose it’s too healthy after all, but I love it! Theres nothing quite as comforting as a moist and spicy cake with a soft and sweet glaze. *hach* It reminds me of London, where I learned the recipe, baked it a thousand times and perfected it to my taste. 🙂
